Associate Professor, Candidate of Technical Sciences, Head of Radio Reception and Signal Processing (2000 – 2005). He is a graduate of the department, where has worked since 1985. Being a student of Prof. M.Y. Ilchenko, he graduated from the Radio Engineering faculty of Polytechnic Institute in 1977. He is a thoughtful and demanding teacher who distinguishes himself by the high of scientific and methodical level, conscientious attitude to work, sense of newness. He gives courses of lectures in disciplines such as “Theory of Information Transmission”, “Methods and Devices of Digital Signal Processing”, “Devices of the Magnetic Recording”, “Microprocessors in Radio Electronic Media”, “Microcontroller controlled REE”, “Design of Digital PLD Devices”, “Special Branches of Informatics”.
Research interests: informatics, digital signal processing, radio electronic and computer tools for multimedia creation, the Internet search, distance learning. He has 30 scientific works, including 4 books; he took part in in creating the Encyclopedic educational guide “Radio”. He was an active participant of the research for the Navy of the USSR; Ministries of Industrial Policy, Education, Environmental Safety, Defense of Ukraine.
